I apply solutions focused coaching, with use of creativity tools such as scaling, spaces, images, and objects to deepen self-awareness, enabling the client to embark on a self discovery journey. I support and challenge my clients to discover resources from within themselves & their environment, networks, and imagination, to achieve their dreams.

Using the metaphor of ‘the seed’, I work with a client to find ‘seeds for the change the client desires in her/his life’. I thereafter support the client to sow the seeds & tend to the seedlings that germinate, leading to desired personal transformation. My coaching style incorporates Gestalt principles including deepening awareness to trigger personal growth.

Premised on the belief that coaching leads to individual and societal transformation, I am collaborating with other coaches, organizations and coach training schools to accelerate the growth of coaching in Africa.
